The Los Angeles Angels have been hit with bad luck in recent days.
On Monday, Mike Trout suffered a wrist injury that will likely keep him out for 6-8 weeks.
Shohei Ohtani left Tuesday’s start with a blister on his finger that will keep him out of the All-Star Game.
Also, Anthony Rendon had to leave the game after missing a pitch from the shin.
The Angels lost a tough game against the San Diego Padres on Tuesday and finally dropped the series.
On Twitter, Angels writer Rhett Bollinger posted video of Rendon fouling the pitch from his shin, sending him to the ground clutching his leg in pain.

The hits keep coming for the Angels, who can’t seem to catch a break.
Rendon was the latest victim of the injury bug.
Nothing has been decided yet with Rendon and whether or not he will need a stint on the injured list, but he was forced to leave the game after the ball made contact with his shin.
After the game, Rendon was on crutches.
This is certainly a tough blow for the Angels, who have struggled recently and finally find themselves seven games out of first place in the American League West.
Despite dropping seven of their last 10 games, the Halos are still alive in the Wild Card race as they are just four games behind the New York Yankees and defending World Series champion Houston Astros.
